Ground level is partially finished basement for quite time or board game room and a full handicapped bathroom. Can set up a bed in this area for easy access to bathroom. 1st floor is the living area. Dining table that over looks the deck and river. Kitchen with microwave/toaster/coffee pot/dishwasher/gas stove Siting area with a pull out couch for two additional guests. Living room with cable TV.
