Located on the "quiet" side of Pensacola Beach on Santa Rosa Island, Sea Scape affords the best of both beach worlds - unobstructed closeness to the knee deep and crystal clear waters of the Bay & the Gulf within walking distance across the street. This 2 BR 2BA condo features new bedding and luxurious linens in the bedrooms and baths and we ll have you at Hello once you enter Sea Scape as you experience the relaxed and refined interior with vaulted ceilings that draws you to the views of the yellow, green and blue Bay that lie beyond. The Kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops and a variety of cooking, cocktail and entertaining ware. The Living Room is comfortable with a leather sofa, recliner, great art and hand made cypress tables. The Master Bedroom features a super romantic queen sized bed with amazing views from windows & morning sunrises through the patio doors. The en suite bath features a tub/shower combo with new spray shower. The forward bedroom has a view of the Gulf and also features a queen sized bed with fresh linens. A second full bathroom is next to this bedroom with access to the foyer and living areas. Venture out to front porch to have a cup of coffee and experience the views of the Gulf and of the Baywatch complex and pool. The back porch, accessed from the Master or Living Room allows you to enjoy the quiet lap of the Bay to Boat watch, Bird watch (including the complex resident Heron, Henry), detach and marvel at the beauty of your surroundings. THIS IS A WALK UP UNIT with 3 flights of stairs but very secluded and very quiet with only 4 units per floor. Assigned Parking for 2 full sized vehicles on level surface right at bottom of stairs with additional unassigned parking available. Baywatch is on the trolly stop; Peg Leg s is a .4 mi walk on the bike path; Public access beach is .2 mi walk or drive. PB Boardwalk is 2 mi. We provide Community Coffee (a Louisiana staple), creamer, paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, garbage bags and the best Cajun seasonings and cookbooks of course. The Resort features a pool, private beach, private pier, fresh water fishing pond, and an open communal bbq area. We are self-managed and available to answer questions about your stay within the same day and are committed to creating a memorable and beautiful experience for you and your family no matter what the occasion. There is a $120.00 cleaning fee. Cancellations will forfeit dollars based on airbnb restrictions in place. And, not following check out policies also makes deposit forfeitable.
