The 2 nicely decorated guest bedrooms both offer memory foam queen beds, dressers, Smart TVs and spacious closets. The full hall bath offers a tub with tile surround, tiled bath floors and linen closet. The study located between the master suite and dining room includes a desk and small couch with twin pullout bed. This room can be closed off from the main living area to provide an additional sleeping quarters. The private back deck has a cafe table for enjoying morning coffee or a meal. The large laundry room offers washer and dryer, tile floors, additional storage and access to the back deck and backyard. The driveway has ample parking for 5 cars. We are sure you will find this house provides all the comforts of home and then some! Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Other things to note: We make it easy and secure for guests to check in with a personalized check-in code for the smart lock on the front door. Most importantly please be considerate of our neighbors and the neighborhood when entering and exiting the house, especially late at night. Remember that this is a residential neighborhood, so no outdoor parties and no late night gatherings. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned between each guest using CDC recommended cleaning products and procedures. In addition, the unit is equipped with cleaning supplies so guests can routinely clean frequently touched spaces throughout their stay. This is a self-check in unit so there is no need for guest/host interaction unless requested. If guest/host interaction is required, we will follow mask and social distancing guidelines to the best of our ability.
