Kayak the Weeki Wachee River to see the manatees or you can rent my small skiff (80 all day) to take the entire 5 mile ride up the river to see it all. Your upper level screen lanai overlooking the water is all yours, when you come down stairs to the back yard there is a Grill, Fire Pit and seating ALL things are separated from the lower unit. Sit and relax around the fire but don't forget your favorite beverage. Home has Vaulted Ceilings, Newly remodeled and no expense spared in the Kitchen with beautiful cabinets all soft close, Quartz counter tops, walk up Bar counter, touchless sink faucet, and high ceilings. From the Kitchen or Living room facing the water there is Triple Sliding Glass doors that open to the balcony patio screened lanai, the mornings are the Best to have coffee out on the porch overlooking the water, you may even see some Manatees swim by. Our canal of fresh spring water is why the manatees are seen in our canal, they choose a quiet section of the waterways to come and relax from the many kayakers and boaters on the main section of the river. Living Room: Couch is Electric Recliners and Recliner is also electric so please do not move the furniture around you will accidentally unplug them. Lay back and watch TV /Internet Wifi on the 55" Roku TV, I also have Netflix and Amazon Movies and TV shows. If you have subscriptions at home you can sign in to our tv and watch your shows and then just delete it when you leave. Master Bedroom: has a King Bed with Luxury Hotel Quality Sheets. Large Walk-in closet and a beautiful view of the water from the master bedroom. Master Bath: has a nice size walk-in shower, also a Jetted tub so you can soak and relax after a long day on the water having fun. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Quality Cotton Sheets, good size closet Bath 2: Large Walk-in Shower. Teak shower seat. Seating areas on the upper patio and there are stairs down to the back yard with additional patio table, umbrella and chairs. You will have the Floating dock with seating, you may bring your boat, jet skis, etc., to tie up at the dock. Lower level is only a 1/1 which you can reserve for additional 2 guests, if you have more than 4 persons for the Upper Level, check the availability for the Lower Level ask about a special discount.
