Walk to Bal Harbour shops, Shul, Downtown Surfside with plenty of restaurants and stores. Ten minute Drive to South Beach. 15 minutes to Miami Airport. A separate bike and walking path is accessible directly in front of the building. The exterior of this property is being resurfaced ( restoration and painting) and decks in other units are under repair. There may be intermittent noise and jackhammering. For some weeks there is no noise impact and during some, there is. Repairs are conducted from 9 am - 4 pm Monday- Friday. There are no repairs on weekends. We do not provide refunds for any common amenities that are not available due to circumstances beyond our control due to emergency or maintenance.
