This NON-SMOKING Condo is located in the historic district of downtown Lexington and features a downtown city theme. It has one king size bed in the master bedroom and then a separate room with a bunk bed. It has a large kitchen and bar with a Sub Zero glass front Refrigerator, 8 Burner Wolf Gas Range and Oven, Sub zero Microwave Drawer, dishwasher Farm house sink and has all granite counter tops. It has a washer and dryer room and large bathroom with shower. It also has two large Smart T.V.'s. Parking is located right outside this Condo.It has a gas fireplace in the living room. Guests will receive 25% off I.V. Hydration Therapy at Foster Medical while staying in this condo. Urgent Treatment visits are also at a discounted price of $125.00. Pets are allowed up to 80 pounds. Cats must be declawed. Pet Deposit Required. Owner asks for guest to send Copy of AKC Registration or Certificate/Letter from Vet to verify breed. Late check out fees: No Charge for late check out IF Approved and up until Noon. $50 late check out fee from 30 minutes past check out to 2pm Half Night charged for late check out after 2pm to 5pm Any time after 5pm guest will be charged for a full nights stay. Clothing iron available upon request. Quite hours are 10pm on Weekdays and Midnight on Weekends. If police have to be called for a noise violation there will be a charge of $250 fee. Smoking is NOT permitted in Condo or outside the front door. If you smoke you must be at least 12ft away from the front door. If smoking of any kind is found there will be a $500 charge.
