Roseville Home: near Granite Bay!

Remodeled Roseville home in very quiet neighborhood. Scenic walking trails in nearby Maidu Park. Close to Thunder Valley Casino, Folsom lake, Granite Bay, Roseville night life, restaurants, waterpark, Topgolf, & indoor skydiving. If you have a party we will ask you to leave. Remodeled 1,360 sf home with 2 car garage. Guests can park in the garage and have use of the new LG washer and dryer. One king bed in master suite with 55" TV and a 65" TV in living room. Bedrooms have closet and drawer space, ceiling fans, and memory foam mattresses. Guests have full access to the home, front yard and backyard, garage, washer and dryer. We are always available via phone, Airbnb message or text. We usually are not far from the home in the event that guests require our assistance. Maidu Regional Park is one block away featuring bike trails, walking trails, skate park, and library. Lots of shopping on Douglas Blvd just one mile away and the Roseville Galleria Mall is 3.3 miles away. We are also located near Kaiser hospital. Easily walk to Starbucks, Noah's Bagels, Maidu Park and more. Many other locations will require a car. You can take Uber or Lyft from the home as well. There is noise level monitor system (Minut) in the home to help keep the sound down for the neighbors. It does not record conversation, it simply measures volume level and sends alerts to us if sound is over 80 decibels. There are motion sensor cameras installed on the front, side and in the garage (3 camera total) of the home for security and to help prevent parties. If you have a party we may ask you to leave for breaking the rules. We are taking measures to protect our guests as much as possible. Our housekeeper is certified in infectious disease control. Trash cans go out on Tuesday night for Wednesday morning pickup so we ask guests who stay on Tuesday to please put the trash cans on the street. Landscaper comes every Saturday afternoon around 1:00 pm, and they will come into the backyard unannounced, so please be aware of this. Parties/Noise In order to respect our quiet neighborhood, and to adhere to local laws, we do not allow parties in the house. The neighbors have and will call the police. We kindly ask that things are kept on the quieter side after 10:00 pm. Landscaping The landscaper comes every Monday afternoon, and they will come into the backyard unannounced, so please be aware of this. Parking Please do not block any neighbors driveways. Please park in the garage, driveway, or in front of our home. Number of Guests Please provide an accurate count of the number of guests. If over 8, you need to talk to us. Internet & WiFi WiFi: LAN Solo Password: CatNap%2210 Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a $50/hour for late checkouts. The cleaners need enough time to get the home ready for the next guest. Cameras There are 3 cameras on the property: front door, side gate and in the garage. There are no other cameras on the property. This is due numerous thefts and parties in the past. Restrooms Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. The hair dryer is under the sink. Amenities The iron and ironing board are in the coat closet in the hallway, along with cleaning supplies in the small closet. The Keurig coffee maker is for guest use. There is also filtered water in the freezer door of the refrigerator. Smoking Our house is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the backyard. No smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house. It will be $100 charge if we smell smoke in the home. Candles We do not allow candles in the home for any reason, this is a fire hazard. Cleaning While we do clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, place any dishes or kitchenware into the dishwasher, start a load of towels, strip the beds (not the mattress covers), and take out all of the trash. This helps us keep the cleaning cost down. Damage We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding. Please let us know so that we can try to remove the stain. Utilities: Lights / Heating We kindly ask that you switch off lights and and lower the thermostat when leaving the house Garbage If you stay here on a Tuesday please put out the garbage can for Wednesday morning pickup. If you are here Wednesday evening please pull the garbage into the side of the driveway. Pets Pets are allowed for a $50 per pet, non-refundable fee. Our home is mostly carpet so we want to be sure that it does not get destroyed. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Also, keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. Please alert us if you have a pet. We shall not be responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Furniture Please do not rearrange furniture. We have had several guests rearrange and damage the furniture. It is also difficult for our housekeeper to put it back where it belongs. Makeup/Towels Please do not remove makeup with the white towels. Please use provider black makeup towels. This will help keep our towels and bedding white and fresh. Laundry Washer and dryer are in the garage and are for guest use. BBQ BBQ is propane only, do bot use coals or lighter fluid. Please clean it for the next guest. We do not guaranty that the propane will be full but you can exchange the tank at Walmart for $15. Stays over 30 Days We require our housekeeper to clean every 30 days for stays longer than 30 days. Additional cleaning fee of $120 to be billed to the guest. Thank you, Ryker & April
