It's a short walk to the all the community amenities including the community dock, tennis courts, tidal beach, and even Bayville's own little post office. The community dock is a great place to swim, launch a kayak or enjoy a picnic. This cottage is truly a gem and the views are spectacular. You can even access the Indian Trail right from the property for a lovely walk to the East Boothbay General Store or go the other direction and it will take you the two mile walk all the way into town. It's a perfect location and only a 7 minute drive to the center of Boothbay Harbor where you can enjoy little seaside shops, art galleries, boat excursions, and restaurants.
