Downstairs guests will find a second living room with queen sofa sleeper that sleeps 2, bar, 1 full bath, 1 bedroom, perfect for children, with 2 bunk sets that sleeps 5, a second master suite with queen bed and en-suite bath that sleeps 2 and laundry room with washer and dryer. Outdoors guests will find multiple large decks that are perfect for grilling and lounging, a tram for step free access to the and from the water, a spectacular dock to swim, fish and play from with huge swim platform and sitting area. Also included is a 10x28 slip (without lift). The private concrete driveway makes parking easy and can accommodate multiple vehicles.
