Welcome to Sapphire! The Sapphire has some of the best amenities, starting with the 100 yard pool, world class spa, movie and game room! This suite is on the 15th floor and has almost 1800sqft of living space. Reserve your space at one of the cabanas, take a walk along the beach or relax on the balcony. Our focus is to make your time here as pleasant as possible. This modern 3 bed/2 1/2 bath condo with almost 1800 sqft of living space easily sleeps 8 people. It has a comfortable open layout with views to the beach as well as the Laguna Madre Bay, the views of the sunrise and sunset are absolutely amazing! You will have access to the entire condominium and all of its' amenities. If you need anything during your stay, we're just a phone call away! South Padre Island is lined with restaurants, breweries, cafés, ice cream shops, beachside restaurants/bars. Many locals and tourists enjoy wind surfing, fishing, dinner cruises and much more! The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk. The Sapphire also has many wonderful amenities including a full service spa, game room and theatre on the first floor! *Please note that the Pearl next door is renovating their pool and Sapphire guests will not be able to access the area*. The Sapphire pool and hot tub remain open. The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around. Sapphire has very strict guidelines during the month of March and Holy Week... please message us for more details, if you are planning on booking with us during these dates. For the month of March and Holy Week this is the Sapphire Policy: "At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family." Condo Rules: -No Smoking of any kind, including vaping -Do not leave children unattended on the balconies -Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in. -A maximum of 8 guests permitted, as per Sapphire Policy, children of any age will be counted as a guest. -ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property. -ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors. -No pets allowed. -No candles in the condo *This condo has a Keurig coffeemaker Information to note prior to your trip: Housekeeping will leave a roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, a couple of laundry detergent pods, dish/hand soap and trash bags. We also have coffee, creamers, sugar and some basic condiments to get you started. Information to note during your stay: We have a beach towel available for every guest. Beachside chairs and umbrellas are available to rent for $35/day, they can be rented through the front desk or through Sonny's Beach Rentals next door. Poolside cabanas are available to rent for $125/day and reservations can be made with the front desk. There is no charge for poolside chairs. TheTVs are set up with Google Chromecast so you can easily stream Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc. There is no cable. You can also download the free Pluto TV app so you can stream shows.
