Generous sized bedrooms, closets and bathrooms will make you feel right at home. Stocked with cookware, dishware, silverware and towels. AND don't worry about a community laundry room, our units have in-unit washer and dryers. Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! The Space: This apartment is located on the first floor of the building! Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Other Things to Note: Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
