The bathroom features beautiful stone countertops, custom cabinetry with a shower/tub combo. The condo can host up to two guests and requires a three night minimum stay. The popular downtown Carlsbad Village area with shops, restaurants and the famous Seawall Boardwalk are just steps from the condo. Guests may also enjoy the shared front patio with comfortable lounge seating, fire pit, BBQ grill and dining seating. The condo comes complete with all household supplies, linens and towels. Guests will also have access to beach toys and accessories including bikes, chairs, umbrellas, canopy, wagon, boogie boards and paddle boards (SUP's). Guests may use the private outdoor shower for quick and convenient beach clean up. One parking spot is available in the private driveway with plenty of public street parking. The property has easy access to major highways with close proximity to attractions such as LEGOLAND, La Costa Resort and Spa and the Carlsbad Flower Fields.
