Welcome to Boyd's Bungalows II for Contractors, all types of Employees, and Nurses! This home is focused on guests that will be in Kokomo or the surrounding area that are here for work. Our NO frills home is offered at a discounted rate and more reasonable, affordable, and comfortable place to live while you are away from home instead of being in a hotel. This is not a vacation rental home and focused on the basics to keep costs down. We provided everything you need for a 2 night stay or several months at a time. This classic brick ranch home is located just outside of Kokomo and offers effortless access to all major highways, Grissom Air Force Base, the transmission plant, downtown Kokomo, and all the big shops and local restaurants. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood on a tree-lined street, you'll love the convenient location and the large pet-friendly backyard. A Ranch-Style Retreat In the living area, a comfortable sofa, plush recliner, and coffee table surround the large flatscreen television. Lightning-fast WIFI (100MBPS) throughout the home is ideal for gamers, TV binge-watchers, kids needing to complete remote schooling, or finishing up any remote work projects. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a twin-size bed.
