Entire Nice house summer house at aberdeen

This is very big 1800 square feet house with attached garage with 3 bedrooms den and family room dinning kitchen and all ameneties . Has one bathroom to use only for one family single or more than that. House is close to shopping complex and highway. Close to shopping enter and coffee store like WAWA ,Starbucks ,Walmart and other restaurant like applebees and other Italian restaurant . walking distance to Aberdeen train station. Only if whole house is not booked that time then if one guest or a couple want to stay, then they can stay @ cheaper rate of @ $30 per night and their room and a bathroom should be private for their exclusive use with lock but they will have very limited access to kitchen and have to share other common area other than their bedroom and bathroom. Please ask question if u need like that and I will set the rate like that .
