Great location in downtown Rehoboth Beach. Tucked away in a quiet residential community, yet still so close to all of RB's favorite attractions: 4 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, less than 1/2 block to Rehoboth Avenue. No need to drive once you arrive - walk to the beach, boardwalk, Funland, and all of the restsaurants and shopping in town! Also close to the bike trails. This two level townhome overlooks the salt water pool and includes 2 parking spaces as well as 2 additional parking passes. Main level features kitchen, living room, and powder room. A spiral staircase connects the 2 floors; the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (master bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has 2 queen beds), a "Jack & Jill" bathroom connects the 2 bedrooms, with each bedroom having its own private vanity. There is also a private rear garden patio, a deck off the master bedroom overlooking the pool, a fully stocked kitchen and a grill to prepare meals at home, a full washer and dryer, free WIFI, and televisions in each of the bedrooms and living room. NOTE: GUESTS PROVIDE THEIR OWN LINENS, TOWELS, SOAP, and PAPER GOODS. There are 3 Queen Sized Beds. There are rental companies in RB that offer linens and towels to rent during your stay, and they deliver right to your front door and pick up at the end of your stay. THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT. NO PETS. During the off-season, there is a 2 night minimum stay. During peak season, there is a 4 night minimum stay. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am.
