Summary: This 3 bedroom stylish home located in the heart of Redondo Beach is the perfect place for an escape to Coastal California. Just minutes away from the beach, you'll find yourself soaking up the sun, or enjoying the breeze and watching the waves from the peaceful balcony. With all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, and all the conveniences of a home, you'll be glad you chose to stay with us. Other small parts that make a big impact in a vacation rental home are the soft water filter and alkaline water offered and power shades within the home! This home offers everything you will need for a family vacation! A rack of cruiser bicycles in the garage & scooters, folding beach cart with wheels as well as surf boards and boogie boards for all the family fun at the beach! Other amenities offered are a car seat, High Chair, sand toys, balls and other play equipment in a beach bag ready for your family beach trip! Please note that there may be some early morning noise to to an adjacent city maintenance lot where early morning workers enter and exit. All long-term stays over 30 days require midstay cleaning this is provided to you by our professional housekeeping team. Please ask your reservation associate for more details. Pets are not allowed on property during stay. The Space: Committed to Your Safety: Open Air Homes takes sanitization seriously. We are following all CDC Cleaning and Disinfecting Guidelines to assure you have a safe stay during this time. We are fortunate to have some of the best cleaners in the business, with many of them going on their 8th year of employment at Open Air Homes. We are genuinely grateful for their service, and have always paid our cleaning team a fair and liveable wage. Our cleaners always wear masks and gloves, and sanitize all surfaces right before departure. Your safety is our main priority. Square Footage: 2300 Guest Access: No smoking at all is allowed. Any evidence of smoking will be assessed a $500 fine. And no pets allowed, unfortunately. Kindly NOTE: The elevator is not in service. The Neighborhood: Adjacent to the property is a city maintenance yard where early morning workers may cause some noise. Getting Around: The South Bay is a walkable neighborhood, but to explore greater Los Angeles, you will want a car or rely on uber/lyft.
