The space This 1910 style Farmhouse, located on the waterfront in historic Belhaven, NC is the perfect Haven for guests. Large home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, including two living rooms, both with TV. One living room has a brand new queen sleeper couch. Open concept kitchen and dining area with room for all at the table. Water views from every room. Peaceful and serene. Other things to note Highly recommend bringing "water shoes" as the swimming will be in the river. On the property Sits a very old structure that was once used as a Chicken Coop. Now inside the "Coop" you will find games and chairs for your pleasure, including Croquette, Bocce Ball, Horse Shoes, Chairs for the dock, Noodles and more. Also, please be aware that the kayaks being stored in the back yard are NOT for Guests. There is a kayak rental company in Washington, River Vibe, that will even bring the kayaks to you. Also Dowry Creek Marina, located close by, rents kayaks . No Smoking and No Pets please Please Note: The boat lift is not available for guests to use. However, there is a very nice boat ramp on the same street as the home and guests may tie their boat up to our dock
