Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember, you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina Beach in Pine Mountain Lake. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $42 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane for the use of this amenity. PARKING: Driveway parking 4 vehicles. GARAGE: Garage not available for guest use. STAIRS: This property has interior & exterior stairways. There is a flight of steps from the driveway to the front door. There are over 50 steps from the house to the waters edge. CHILDREN: Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks. Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof. SWIMMING FROM THE DOCK: Swim out from the dock maximum 30 feet. NEIGHBORS DOCK: Guests please do not use the neighbors dock. BOATS: The boat(s) offered for guest use at this cabin is/are not washed for guests arrival. Guests are responsible for washing boat(s) for their own use. LIFE JACKETS: Guests agree to wear life jackets while using provided boat(s). YARD: Sloped yard. FIREWOOD: Firewood is not provided. CELEBRATION DEBRIS: Confetti is not allowed in or around the property. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean any celebration debris.
