Please come and share our completely furnished family condo located across the cove from Margaritaville. We enjoy the views of the main channel and Margaritaville cove from our deck including the spectacular holiday fireworks. The Pelican Bay complex offers a swimming pool, kiddy pool, basketball court, and lakefront Boardwalk. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, dresser, master bath, large walk-in closet, and access to the deck. It is a joy to wake up to the beautiful view of the lake from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and is adjacent to a full bathroom with tub shower combination. A queen sofa sleeper has been added for additional guests. The kitchen is fully furnished. High speed internet and internet TV provided. A 10'x24' boat slip is available for an additional fee. Boat rentals are available in our cove.
