Summary: This 2 bed, 1 bath furnished apartment is perfect for short term or month to month stays! Feel right at home with our comfortable furnishings and enjoy the peaceful location! Although this unit does include furnishings, guests will need to supply bedding (beds are queen sized temperpedic), towels, any kitchen supplies, shower curtain and anything else you need to make your stay great! If you're looking for something with those items we do have other units available, please just ask! Pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee so please let us know if you plan to bring any pets! The Space: Our unit is fully furnished with beds in each room, a comfortable living area and fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, silverware, dishware) Enjoy high speed internet + in building laundry during your stay. Other Things to Note: Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
