The home was recently remodeled and rebuilt and has a history steeped in reef net salmon fishing and Lummi Island lore. The large oil painting in the living room was painted by Eva Granger one of the original islanders in 1901. The home has expansive views of some of the other islands in the San Juan archipelego and the shipping lanes. In August and September you can watch the reef net boats fish for salmon and you can always buy a fresh caught salmon from them. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One of the bedrooms has a King bed and the other either 2 twins or they can be converted to a Queen size bed. The living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, a propane fire place and DVD. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. There is a large deck on the front where you can take advantage of the views also plenty of outdoor seating, tables and BBQ. There is a good size lawn area for croquet, bocce ball and the like. The beach across the street is filled with driftwood, agates and shells. If you have a boat you can crab in season. Bring along your kayak or I can arrange for a company to take you out. We also have bikes. All in all a perfect vacation spot. Keywords: Beach,House,
