For SURF CASA, you will have 1 Parking Pass. If you require more, contact me. I will need the First & Last Name of the Driver, & the License Plate Number of their car. Please send this information BY THE MONDAY BEFORE OUR STAY, BY NOON. The Guard, at the community gate will give you your pass. Keep the Parking Pass up on your dashboard for the duration of your stay. If there are any complications, please call me. You will not be able to get into the community without a Parking Pass. If you have friends or family that will be visiting you while you are here, they will need to park up next to the Community Gate. I would suggest that each owner tip the Night Guard, a dollar or two each day to watch their car. This is not required, but it's always nice to have somebody watching out for your car. I've never had any problems with parking cars up at the gate. It is common for the guards at a gate to ask you for your driver’s license. They will keep it and give you the community pass, in exchange. Most people find this surprising, but this is how they do it down here. When you go to leave the community, you will give them back their pass and get your driver’s license back. I have heard that sometimes people will take a photocopy of their driver’s license and give them that instead of their original driver’s license. You can attempt to do this, but I don't know if they will accept that. What they're looking for is a picture ID with your name and address on it. If you have something else such as a library card or school ID, you could try giving them that instead. Contact me about my 2 other Rental Properties. OCEAN DECK: Large Deck, 600 sq. ft, Ample seating overlooking the beach. Sand, Surf, and Sunsets. ACTIVITIES: So many things for the whole family to do. You will find all kinds of water sports. Surfing, Paddle Board, Kayaking, Sailing, Fishing, Swimming, Beach combing, Sand Castle Art and Sun Bathing. There are other activities that are available also. Horse Back riding, (have you ever ridden a camel?) Wine Tours, Golf, Fishing, Motorized Hang Gliding, Go Carts, & Dune Buggies here in the greater Baja Malibu area. I have supplied inside games and outside game for the beach. If you are looking for nightlife, I hear the place to go is Papas & Beer. It is only 3 miles to Rosarito. AMENITIES: There are 4 TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the Living Rm. (All Cable). There are many amenities. WiFi, Cable TV, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer, Stove, Oven, & Refrigerator/ Freezer and a ton of small appliances. The Loft is NOT a great place for Adults because of the amount of head room. (VERY LOW CEILING) and the mattress are too thin to support the body weight. The Loft is perfect for children. There is a bed light, a guard rail, and an Anchored Ladder that make it secure for children. Of course, a loft is not a place for all children.
