The River's Edge w/Outdoor Hot Tub on Indian River

Proudly featured in "PureMichigan" ads on TV and internet, The River's Edge on Indian River will get you in touch with the outdoors while staying at my updated cabin with Outdoor Hot Tub usable all year 'round with the "Rustic Elegance" charm that sleeps up to 6 guests w/fenced in yard (open at riverfront) directly on the famous Indian River with 125 feet of private frontage, located at the Mouth of Mullett featuring all Modoc log rustic furniture with canoe, aqua cycle paddle boat and two kayaks w/paddles and life vests to use while you stay for late spring, summer and fall (or bring your own boat!) located at your private dock directly in front of Cottage on the famous inland waterway which goes from Lake Huron to Pickeral Lake!!! Spend afternoons fishing for perch, walleye or bluegill or take a paddle boat ride down the river. Wake up in the morning to see the swans & ducks swimming while you're still laying in bed or look up, chances are you will see the majestic resident eagles which perch in our tall pines! Beautiful sunsets & boat watching, home is right in the middle of a Nature Preserve! You will see Loons, Swans, Otters & Bald Eagles daily! Talk about a bird lover's paradise 🦆 🦅 🦉 Cabin is truly a home away from home w/extras! Town for groceries very close. Kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and every gadget you need to prepare your meals and appliances are Newer...... Kitchen has stove, refrigerator microwave, also Full size washer and dryer also! You can cook and do laundry at same time, lol!!! Fenced in yard on three sides, river front open, caged fire pit and river front has a sandy beach area off dock area. Dock can accommodate a boat up to 30'+ Satellite dish TV in living room and master bedroom and Wi-Fi internet throughout property. Home has Air Conditioning for those hot summer days:-) Also has patio set, fire pit, fenced in yard, picnic table and umbrella at riverside, propane barbecue grill plus many extras...this cottage is set up as a home away from home with amenities galore.
