Go outside and get some exercise, try the great outdoors at Copper Mountain or Ski Cooper or stay in and read a book, and enjoy the view - social distancing at its finest! This fully updated 1880's Victorian home is located just a 1/2 block from Historic downtown (Harrison Avenue). Home to the Leadville 100 races, with the start and finish line right outside our front door! We're within an hour’s drive to eight ski resorts (25 minutes to Copper Mountain and 15 minutes to Ski Cooper) and Colorado’s highest peaks - come enjoy our beautiful town! Parking spaces located behind home. At High Rocky Homes, we take cleanliness very seriously. All homes are deep cleaned with all surfaces wiped down, including door handles. We are also fumigating each listing with an ozone machine that is designed to kill odors, bacteria, and viruses. Safety and cleanliness is our top priority. Note: while the cancellation policy is strict, if you think you may need to cancel we recommend getting travel insurance at SquareMouth. The Space: You will have access to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house, except the laundry room. Getting Around: We are located just a half block off of Harrison Avenue (Leadville's Main Street), which means you can walk to all of Leadville's restaurants, shops and musuems. Other Things to Note: If it snows more than several inches, look for snow removal signs to make sure you don't violate any temporary parking rules There is a security camera on the front porch and in the back. There is also one in the laundry room, which is blocked off from guests to safeguard the owner's belongings. Interaction with Guests: This booking will give you ultimate privacy.
