We hope these steps increase the safety and peace of mind of our guests as we know we would appreciate the same.*** Features split bedrooms, 2 have king sized beds and access to the deck for a view of the gorgeous grounds & bay. Third has 2 sets of bunk beds-that’s 6 beds total! Please note: there are no TV's in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans in every room along with AC keep you cool and comfortable. The kitchen has all of the necessities to meet food preparation needs including, coffee maker, toaster oven, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes, etc. This comfortable townhouse style condo has an airy living room with high ceiling and open feel. There is a tv with cable in the living room and internet access is provided. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Towels, hairdryers and basic supplies are included for your convenience. The deck provides a great place to watch the sunrise with coffee in hand and then unwind after a big day of kayaking, golfing, birding, shopping, swimming, boating, fishing, beach combing, or any of the other many activities in the Rockport area. Use the charcoal BBQ to grill up a delicious dinner then play games with the family on the rolling lawn, or just sit back and enjoy the sea breeze and beautiful views.
