This villa is located in the downtown Eureka Springs shopping and entertaining district., Free reserved parking for each nightly rental at the front door! Pets not accepted. 100% Due at booking.    2 Person Maximum. Bedroom - King Sized Bed Bathroom - Walk-In Shower Parking - 1 space will be reserved for you directly in front of the building. The upscale vintage-modern living room features an open floor plan with the living room open to the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, ceramic top stove, microwave and coffee maker… as well as basic cookware, dinner and glassware, including wine glasses. The cook’s kitchen has a bar and is a great space to share time and family. The TV is equipped with all streaming services and Wi-Fi is easy to access for all devices. The insulated brick building buffers the outside world, providing the perfect place for conversation, retreat, and relaxation. Outside you have a private patio area that has a natural rock bluff wall surrounding it. This outdoor area wraps around the back and side of the building. The side yard has patio seating where you will have a great viewing spot for downtown parades. Also, near the entry, there is an outside dining area.   The location is amazing! This is the perfect hub for the exploration of downtown Eureka Springs. You will have front row access to parades and festivals. Restaurants within a 2-minute walk are Rogue's Manor, B- Side Café, Brews Coffee and Beer, Nibbles and just a short bit farther Le Stick and Grotto, some of Eureka's finest dining! Down the street, you will find Chelsea’s Corner Café, where visitors and locals enjoy live bands and delicious pizza and just a short walk home, so no driving involved! For the day activities, the springs of Eureka are a site to see and start with Sweet Springs- right next door!   Our family has enjoyed a Eureka Springs escape for years and we hope that you will experience the same while you are here at the Villas at Sweet Springs.   Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.   The rates for week-long stays are discounted. Typically Tuesday and Wednesday nights are at a considerable discount. If you do not see a discount reflected in the online quote, please ask. As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling. Above all, have a great stay. We love our first time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay. Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.
