We just renovated our kitchen in addition to renovated bathrooms, a large walk-in shower, tile floors throughout and beautiful furniture and décor! We have also pre-paid for your beach service (Mar-Oct) which means 2 chairs plus umbrella per day which is normally $245/week! CONDO FEATURES: - Renovated Master Suite with new luxury king mattress, dresser cabinetry with quartz counter plus makeup table/desk with magnifying mirror, extra outlets and USB ports! - Hallway bunks + privacy curtains for the kids - 1.5 bathrooms with fully tiled walk-in shower with glass door, 2 vanities, 2 toilets and storage - Spacious living area with leather sofa sleeper (upgraded mattress) and super comfy recliner chair - 2 large flat screen tv's - Brand new kitchen with gorgeous European cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and Rachel Ray cookware and bakeware - Dining area seats 4 with Gulf views plus kitchen bar seating - Washer/Dryer in the condo - Free WiFi - Assorted games and books for our guests to use - We leave 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs in the closet for our guests to use GULF DUNES RESORT AMENITIES INCLUDE: - 2 Gulf front swimming pools, 1 seasonally heated - 2 beach walkovers with gated beach access for owners and guests only - Beach service included – you'll receive 2 chairs + umbrella set up for you each day of your stay (March-October) - Outdoor BBQ grilling area - Fitness Room - Tennis Court - Our location can't be beat – within a quick walk or drive are many amazing restaurants, we are close to The Boardwalk, fishing pier (weekly summer fireworks), AdventureZone and the Gulfarium. - Only 6 miles west of Destin – Okaloosa Island doesn't have high rises so we don't have all the traffic and crowded beaches like Destin! - Less than a mile to the grocery store *We offer and recommend travel insurance from Rental Guardian to protect your vacation! The policy is 7% of your vacation, or we offer a "cancel for any reason" policy for 10.8% of your vacation cost. **Our properties are PROFESSIONALLY cleaned with rigorous cleaning & disinfecting standards and all linens are cleaned in a high heat commercial laundry** **RULES - primary guest(s) must be 25+ years old and closely supervise any guests under the age requirement, maximum of 6 guests in the condo, NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING in condo or balcony, no parties, no luggage carts inside the condo, check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am...failure to follow any rules as listed in reservation agreement will lead to eviction with no refund! **This is a pet free building and enforced by building security/ Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. If you have a support animal that you plan to bring, please contact me for pet friendly rental options! This building does not allow pets (including ESAs) for guests! ** You will have access to entire condo and building amenities. Please note that our building does not allow pets (including ESAs) and smoking/vaping is not allowed in our condo or our balcony and only in designated smoking areas. Guests are not allowed to smoke/vape in common areas or the pool. We want our guests to have a private and relaxing vacation so we will not intrude. However, if you need us, we are just a phone call or text away! You will be provided with a personal door code for your stay - no need to check in with a front desk! We love Okaloosa Island! Located less than 7 miles from Destin, but so much less crowded and touristy. OKI doesn't have high rises, so it's much less dense. We are a quick walk or drive to many great restaurants and activities! We offer free parking at our building. There are many restaurants and activities within walking/driving distance and we have left a booklet with our top recommendations for the entire area! Before finalizing your reservation be sure you agree to: 1. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old, show proof of age and must personally supervise any guests under age at ALL times! 2. NO PETS allowed per building and owner rules! Emotional support animals are not required to be allowed in vacation rentals per ADA laws and are not allowed in Gulf Dunes! 3. NO SMOKING/VAPING in the condo or the balcony. 4. All guests must electronically sign our reservation agreement after booking. 5. Failure to follow the condo and/or building rules can result in eviction with loss of all rents and deposits! Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in the condo or the balcony. We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building which has the potential for noise/disturbances from other residents - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other reason, or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. Management fee includes a accidental damage waiver to protect you up to $500 for accidental damage caused in the property!
