Our second floor studio faces Commercial Street and your backyard is the bayfront. Summer rentals (June-Sept) are Saturday to Saturday. This unique studio is situated on the second floor offering views of the activity on Commercial Street or you can enjoy the view of the bay from the large shared deck located in the rear of the building.
