You will have the entire townhome to yourself located on the top level within the village at Camelback. This unit is parking lot level - no need to lug your groceries and bags down dozens of steps. This unit has been recently renovated with brand new Smart TVs, new furniture and mattresses, and much more! Your cleaning fee also covers: - All linens and towels - Trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels - Coffee filters and a variety of k-cups Cool your beverages in the provided beverage center and get ready to relax on the corner deck overlooking beautiful scenery! The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes & silverware, a coffee maker and Keurig machine. A half bath is on the main level along with a large sectional with a queen memory foam pull out bed. There is a dedicated work space for those that want to remain connected during their stay. The lower level features a full bath, a bedroom with a queen bed and sofa bed, and another bedroom with a twin trundle bed and an additional twin bed. Upstairs is an open loft with a queen bed and another full bath. Will sleep 8-10 comfortably. You can reach the slope and trails through the parking lot steps. YES, we allow pets. We love our dogs and know how difficult it can be to find a a vacation rental that will allow pets. We do ask the following of our guests: - A max of (2) pets are allowed - Pets must be housebroken - Pets cannot be left unattended on either front or back decks for any amount of time, and barking will result in a fine from the association - Pets cannot be left unattended inside the unit for more than (4) hours - Pets must be picked up after, even on the trails by the unit; this can also result in a fine The indoor gym and tennis courts are now open from 9-5pm. The indoor pool and spa area will be open on June 5th and require sign up timeslots on signupgenius.com ( we can text you the link upon arrival) the pool is open for laps only from 9-12. MTW the pool is open until 4:30, thursday friday and Sunday until 6:30 and Saturdays until 8:00pm. We are locals, and love providing recommendations or answering any questions.
