A peaceful getaway for reuniting with family, girl’s weekend, golf trip, quilters, scrapbookers, tabletop gamers, nature enthusiasts, hikers, bikers, and, of course, Harry Potter lovers! Two mega-bedrooms each with their own bathroom, ceiling fan, transom windows, queen beds and sofa sleeper (currently set up with one queen bed and two sleeper sofas in main bedroom, three queen beds and sleeper sofa in second bedroom). There is also a massive multi-use room, affectionally called the Req. Room for "Room of Requirement", with folding craft/game tables, chairs, a mini-fridge, 55-inch television, two couches, as well as a Keuring coffee machine to help awaken you to the beautiful view. Wi-fi is available throughout the house. First floor kitchen is equipped with all your needs and comfortably seats ten people. The top floor hallway offers sweeping views of the peaceful meadow that surrounds the property. Direct access is available to the neighboring County Park with quarry swimming, beach, boat and bike rentals, hiking, and bridle trails. Plus, access to the "Bugline", an archery range, volleyball, covered picnic areas (must reserve) and grilling. 25 minutes to downtown Milwaukee, 10 minutes to movie theatre and tons of restaurants (most with takeout or curbside pickup). We have added a moveable firepit. Use it front of the garage (bathroom, counter, sink, and fridge in garage) or wheel it out back to enjoy a view of the field. We have camping chairs that can also be moved to wherever you are comfortable. Plus, a short walk through the park will take you to outdoor picnic areas and grills, though they may need to be reserved ahead of time for guaranteed access, we can send you the weblink upon request NO loud, rowdy, late-night parties. We are secluded for the peace, not for you to throw a party. We are proud of our home and would love to share it with respectful, fun, nature-loving people who need a getaway or place to meet up for good clean fun with friends and family. Please note: Our greatest apologies that this property is not handicap accessible.
