Summary: This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Summer Breeze Apartment offers guests a comfortable stay with an entire apartment to enjoy and relax in. You'll get not just an entire apartment, fully furnished with all the extras (pots, pans, silverware, dishware) but also enjoy a great location, with lots of things to do in the community. Beulah is located just over an hour, or about 75 miles, from Bismarck. Lake Sakakawea is only 20 minutes away. Camping, hiking, boating, swimming, birdwatching, and other outdoor activities are close at hand when you stay in Beulah. The Space: Our unit is fully furnished with beds in each room, a comfortable living area and fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, silverware, dishware) Enjoy high speed internet + in building coin operated laundry during your stay. Guests will have access to the shared building laundry room. Both washer and dryer are coin operated! This unit does have A/C, but comes from a wall A/C unit located in the living room of the apartment. If you're visiting during the summer months, we can supply some fans. We also recommend guests leave all room doors open to circulate air throughout the entire unit. For those staying in the winter months, there are no working vehicle plug in's available. Please plan accordingly. Guest Access: This unit is located on the third floor so guests will need to climb a few flight of stairs to access the unit. Check in instructions will be sent 2 days before check in so please watch for those. Other Things to Note: Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
