Privacy & nature. Lots of walking paths on many acres of land. Although it is secluded, you are only 2 miles from town with a convenient grocery store. The private pond is clean and spring fed, so it is enjoyable for swimming, paddling, rowing or floating. We are conveniently located 1.5 miles off the Interstate 91, so traveling is very easy to visit many places in the area. The house used to be a late 1700's tavern for the settlers of the area to get a meal and room to sleep the night while traveling the Hinman Settlers Road. Keywords: house, secluded, private, serenity.
