Cozy house with 5 minute walk to family friendly Megansett beach. First floor features an open floor plan with an updated kitchen (including gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave), dining area, living room, half bath and screened-in porch. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. One of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds, other has a twin bed with trundle while the master has a queen. There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Outside there is a brick patio, gas grill, outdoor shower, hammock and yard for games & relaxing. Within a short distance are a library, playground, basketball/tennis courts, Shining Sea bike path, golf course, coffee shop, mini golf, bumper boats, ice cream parlor and several restaurants. A great place for family vacation! There is no smoking on the property and no pets are allowed. No large groups.
