This fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bath apartment has all you could want. Includes: bedding, towels, in-unit washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen (silverware, dishware, glassware) and updated appliances! High speed internet in unit and smart tv for guests to stream their favorite shows and movies. Great reviews and safe location! Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! The Space: Located on the second floor (no elevator in building). Street OR parking lot available for guests to park. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Other Things to Note: Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
