KITCHEN| The kitchen offers plenty of counter space and high-end appliances including a Professional Series over sized fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with most every day cooking essentials and some additional conveniences. Gather around the long table for all your family meals with comfortable seating for 10 on half back bar stools. This is a great gathering space for large groups as it's open to the living room and leaves plenty of space to maneuver around the kitchen. HALF BATH| Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom. LAUNDRY ROOM| A full walk-in laundry room located on the first floor featuring an oversized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board with plentiful cabinet and counter space. 2nd FLOOR EXPERIENCE| Up the stairs to the second level leads to the media/game room. Your nighttime entertainment will never be the same! Set up to entertain the entire family after a full day out and about, the second floor features a game room with a 75” 4K Smart TV, a commercial grade full size air hockey table with black lights and two custom arcade games featuring Game of Thrones and Harry Potter themes each housing over 3,500 classic arcade games. Closets equipped with hangers and luggage racks. 3rd FLOOR EXPERIENCE| The third floor is home to 3 master king suites with private bathrooms. Each master suite in the house includes high end furnishings like bedside tables and dressers, a smart TV, and closet with hangers for out of the way storage. The King master suite room includes private access to the third-floor balcony and a larger bathroom with His & Her sinks and separate water closet. Stepping out onto the third floor balcony you'll find chairs where you'll be able to look out over the community pool/lounge area. A highlight of this floor because it offers a great vantage point of the community pool and grilling pavilion and is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and shower. If you prefer to walk, it is an 8 minute easy walk. RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE Your vacation house is located in a private community called the “Retreat at Miramar”. Guests also have full access to the 90' long private retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg cha rcoal grills and charcoal provided, and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the 5 big screen TV's. Lounge in the comfortable couches in the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).
