Bay Front Small Contemporary

2021 is the 2nd summer renting. We added a cover porch in February-March, We have done the same see the new pics! With another rental in Mathews VA for 7 years - this is our new to us house in Reedville. Private beach on Chesapeake Bay, open concept small contemporary, dog friendly house, maximum 1 dog, 70' from the water, sleeps 4, bed and bath linens not included. Loft with queen bed and sitting area overlooking the water. The beach can be under water do to storm systems and tides occasionally. The water is always accessible. 1st floor full bath, bedroom with bunks, open concept living room and kitchen with WIFI, large flat screen TV for amazon fire only. 1 Beach cruiser, 2 kayaks (one a double), 1 canoe, 2 beach chairs, umbrella and outdoor shower.
