AMENITIES INCLUDE: air conditioning, laundry, 2 hair dryers, electric kitchen grill, gas fireplace, card games. WIFI, Cable TV and DVD players included. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include ice maker, blender, waffle maker, hand mixer, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, fan, iron/ironing board, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina with slips for rent, community fishing dock, indoor and outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. The ideal place for family vacations, weekend getaways or the avid boater or fisherman! This rental is professionally managed by Boardwalk Vacation Rentals. There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival information is sent prior to your check-in date which will provide directions, parking and entry information for the property. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
