Quinta Codornices in Arteaga, Coahuila Mexico

Quinta codornices is a spacious old country house distributed in 2 floors, with a large terrace with a built-in grill. Is 1.86 miles from Arteaga (Pueblo Mágico) and it is only a 10 minute drive to Saltillo, the house is about 60 km from BOSQUES DE MONTERREAL. The house has roomy spaces to hang around with your family and friends, make a BBQ and allow for the kids to run and play. We are certain you'll get the quiet and relaxation you are longing for with great view and a great weather. Quinta codornices is completely furnished and equipped in a old country style, with large spaces to hang inside or outdoors. In the ground have a living room with a smart tv and internet, small library and the dining room, the kitchen is fully equiped and has a casual dinner table, in the ground floor you will also find the laundry room with a washing machine and a dry machine a full bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed In the second floor you will find the master bedroom (king bed) a sofa with a walk-in closet and bathroom with a bathtub, and two more bedrooms with that share a second bathroom. One of these rooms has a huge balcony/terrace with great views of the mountains great to have a cup of tea and watch the sunsets, and have a big patio for dogs. The two cars garage is for smalls or big car and terrace have a mexican hacienda decor, and the perfect place to enjoy some of the products of the region (wine, meat, cheese, and fruits). There is also a garden with swings for small children to play. Guests can have access to all the areas in the house including the terrace and the garden with exception of some of the closets and the utility room. We are only a 15 minute drive away from the house in case you need help with anything. We would also be glad to suggest where to eat and places to visit in the area. The development is located between Saltillo and Arteaga. The area is very quiet and peaceful f, great to take a stroll or explore with your bike. The house has a garage for two cars and a lot of space to park in the street. Uber and taxis are available to take you to Arteaga or Saltillo. The bus stop is about 700 mts . If you wish, we can arrange that a person that we trust help you during your stay. She can help you clean, prepare mexican food ,and teach how to make some mexican food or deliver the groceries. (extra fee) If you are staying for more than 6 days sheets and towels can be changed every 6 days. Events or parties of less than 25 persons are allowed, let us know if you need help with your party.
