The resort grounds and apartments are well kept while preserving Mexico's old charm. Due to parking design, there is no space available for trailers. If you are towing one, a parking space outside the resort can be assigned for your trailer, please let us know in advance so we can contact the resorts' management and security personnel; if they approve for your tow to be left outside the gated area in one of the parking spaces, please be advised that we are not responsible for its safety or whatever valuables you leave in it. Since we manage several condominiums throughout Mexico and the US, we're not able to be at each place but there's always someone there to assist each arriving guest and once you make your reservation, just before checking in, I will send you information regarding the place and my phone number from Mexico or the US. Due to the buildings' own regulations, please be advised that NO MORE THAN 4 GUESTS are allowed in the condominium. Anyone over 2 years of age count as 1 person. Please follow these additional rules There are rules that must be followed in order for our guests to have a pleasant stay. 1.- Absolutely no GLASS containers in ANY of the common areas of the building, this carries an automatic fine without any warning. Please make sure to follow this rule. 2.- No children under 12 are allowed in the swimming pool without adult supervision. This also carries a fine. 3.- No children 12 and under are allowed in the jacuzzi. 4.- The maximum occupancy is 4 persons, this includes children. 5.- Visitors are not allowed in the unit or common areas. 6.- No excessive noise is allowed between 10 pm and 8 am. Please follow these rules as they are designed for your or your family's safety and comfort. Por favor siga esta regla. 2.- No se permite la entrada a niños menores de 12 años sin supervisión de un adulto. Esto también ocasiona multa. 3.- No se permite la entrada a niños menores de 12 años al jacuzi. 4.- No se permiten más de 4 personas en el condominio, esto incluye niños. 5.- No se permiten visitas al condominio y/o áreas comúnes. 6.- No se permite ruido excesivo entre las 10 pm y 8 am.
