Quiet Arm of the Lake condo

Luxury upper level condo at Clearwater condominiums on the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks with great views of the lake. Fully furnished. 3 conforming bed rooms PLUS loft (we have a queen size blow up mattress in case someone need to use the loft as a bed room). One flat screen TV in living room, one in master bedroom, and a flat screen in loft. Fully furnished kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker, electric range/oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Silver ware, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, pots and pans, dish towels included. Washer and dryer included. Dish soap, laundry soap shower liquid soap all included. Contact owner for possible boat slips and rates for boat slips. $120 housekeeping fee to be left at condo on check out day, NOT paid to VRBO. Guests need to bring their own pool towels. 2 pools (one heated) in the condo complex. No pets and no smoking.
