Beach house

The Beach house has the best location! It's a block from: The beach, Papas & Beer, downtown Rosarito and many restaurants. If you want to spend an incredible weekend without having to walk long distances or taking a lot of cabs, then this is the place for you! The house is very spacious, it has a deck with an amazing view of the ocean and a rustic, simple and "surfer style" decoration. With good ilumination, comfortable, safe and functional instalations. "PERFECT LOCATION" This is how our guests describe this space. We try to make you feel at home, with a comforting and simple environment, nothing very luxurious. The house can fit from families, friends, athletes to groups of 10 people. The house has a fully equiped kitchen, a livingroom with 2 large sofas, a dining room for 6 people, a garage for 1 car (even though we provide more parking spaces a few blocks from the house) stairs, 2 bathrooms and a restroom (with towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, shampoo, etc.), 4 bedrooms with beds (fans, sheets, blankets, pillows, iron, etc.) and last but not least, a balcony with a sofa, 4 lawn chairs and a small table. We are allways 5 minutes away from the house. We are a call away! Anything you need we will be there for you! Downtown Rosarito, there is survelliance 24/7, this implies a very safe/secure neighborhood, the safest of the city! Also it is very well iluminated and very transited by tourists who are looking to have fun at the beach. Walking distance to every restaurant, bar and even the beach. No more than a 3 minute walk! As we alredy mentioned, the house is located downtown Rosarito, which means noise is 24/7.
