Featuring a Grand Room with a dining area, sitting area and fireplace, 4 bedrooms, three 4-piece ensuite bathrooms, a main floor 3-piece bathroom, and modern appliances. This is an ideal home for those large families or for couples who like to travel together and stay together. The Grand Room provides the principle entertainment area in the home, ideal for visiting with family and friends. The Grand Room, located next to the kitchen, is a large open 24 ft x 17 ft room consisting of a dining area and a family/sitting area. The Grand Room is dominated by windows on three sides that allow the enjoyment of optimal natural lighting. All windows have wooden shutters to provide evening privacy. These shutters mirror the rich wood trim throughout this room. Enjoy fine cuisine in the dining area which contains a large table and 8 chairs. Built in cabinetry is adjacent to this dining table. The chef has an overview the dining area from the kitchen. The floor is hardwood to complement the wood trim throughout this room. Relax in the family/sitting area, an informal space for gathering and has a fireplace, coffee table, sofa, ottoman, and chair. The floor is hardwood, partly covered with a beautiful Persian area rug. The chef will enjoy working in the fully equipped kitchen which showcases two working areas, one of which overlooks the Grand Room. The kitchen includes a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, drip-coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses). The kitchen is pre-stocked with salt and pepper, sugar packets, non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths and enough coffee and tea to get you started. The elegant wood cabinets, trim, and floor match the Grand Room. The lower level laundry is supplied with laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets. Enjoy the romantic atmosphere of the main floor master bedroom suite, a large 24 ft x 20 ft room consisting of a sleeping area and a sitting area separated by a magnificent Chinese partition. The sleeping area contains a luxurious queen-size bed, a large armoire, and a complete 4-piece marble ensuite bathroom. Relax and sip a glass of wine by the fireplace in the sitting area. This area showcases a coffee table, 2 sofas, chair, writing table, TV, and DVD player. The front veranda is accessed directly from the master suite. The second bedroom is located on the main floor. This room includes a luxurious queen-size bed and a dresser. A 3-piece marble bathroom with shower is located across the hall from this bedroom. Bedroom 3 is a large 24 ft x 20 ft second floor bedroom containing two luxurious twin-size beds, a dresser, a TV with DVD player, and a complete 4-piece marble ensuite bathroom. < This bedroom has direct access to a large 24 ft x 10 ft upper deck overlooking Davy St. Relax and enjoy a glass of Niagara wine on the deck as you watch a horse and buggy stroll by. Bedroom 4 is a 24 ft x 20 ft second floor bedroom containing a luxurious queen-size bed, a dresser, a TV, and a complete 4-piece marble ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to a large 24 ft x 17 ft deck with furniture overlooking Platoff St. Relax in the shade, savour a cool drink, listen to the wind in the trees, and enjoy the cool breeze. Governor’s Walk is a licensed short term rental in the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Lic # 049-2021 Enhanced Cleaning and Safety Protocols during COVID-19 We have always held a high standard for our homes and the housekeeping staff and we want you to know what we are doing to keep our guests safe. ·Removal of extra blankets, pillows, and non-essential soft surface items (extra blankets will be wrapped in plastic in the closets in case of need) Guests are encouraged to bring their own pillow(s) and blankets (if they get easily chilled at night) ·Hand sanitizer pump at each property (70% alcohol) ·Disinfecting of soft surfaces with an alcohol based disinfectant ·Additional attention to disinfecting frequently touched surfaces like the keyless entry lock, remote controls, thermostat, knobs and pulls, laminated house instruction cards ("blue welcome card"), light switches, hangers, soap bottles, etc. ·Washing of all blankets after each reservation ·Disinfecting of the mattress, mattress cover, pillows and pillow protectors with alcohol based disinfectant ·Cleaning checklist signed off by the housekeeper after each clean Meet your local hosts: Jason and Elsie Mae at Niagara Holiday Rentals Niagara-on-the-lake was voted one of Canada’s prettiest little towns and is located just a short drive from Niagara Falls, along the scenic Niagara River Parkway. All of the Niagara Holiday Rentals properties are licenced and insured as vacation rentals in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Niagara Holiday Rentals is registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and complies with the Ontario Travel Regulations. Fine Print: - The person who booked and paid is the primary guest and is responsible for the actions of other house guests. The primary guest must be staying for every night of the booking. - For insurance purposes the primary guest must be 25 years or older. - No more than 10 people including all children. Names of every house guest (including children) must be provided. This information is required to comply with the town by-laws. - No overnight street parking is allowed in the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. - No smoking or vaping of tobacco, marijuana or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapors within the house. Any lingering aromas or smells after your stay will result in additional cleaning charges. - No pets allowed.
