The Perfect Getaway in Sunapee NH!

Relax in this 1,600 square foot cape that features an open concept great room with pine vaulted ceiling, skylights, and windows that bring lakeside living to the indoors. Choose to kick-back and enjoy the sunset from the 30-foot deck that runs the expanse of the house, or the 8-foot deck along the shoreline. In the summer season, nothing beats soaking up the sun from our 10-foot swim dock or being able to cast off your boat from here to explore Perkins Pond. There are 2 kayaks, a canoe, and lifejackets available for our guests. Our fire pit is the perfect environment to wind down from the days activities and roast marshmallows while bonding with family and friends. Enjoy beautiful foliage in the fall season, and in winter, you can ski, skate, or snowmobile. We are minutes from Mount Sunapee Resort and a well maintained snowmobile trail abuts our property. This house has 2 identical bedrooms with queen beds and walk-in closets, one on each floor. There is also an open area sleeping loft with 1 Queen bed and 2 twin-sized beds (bunk beds) with access to the second-floor bath. The master bedroom is on the second floor with private access to the second-floor bathroom and shower. The first-floor bedroom is adjacent to the main floor full bath with laundry. Our kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and features a breakfast bar. A 50-inch screen TV is centrally located in the great room with cable, a DVD player and a Playstation 3. In season there is also a bonus game room across the street equipped for video games and Foosball.
