Beach Retreat

We have a cute 2 bedroom,1 loft with a queen bed,each home in a private beachfront community. This getaway home is 15 miles from San Ysidro border. We feel safe at all times with our wonderful friendly guards and neighbors. Access to the beach is steps from the home for you to enjoy surfing,kayaking,swimming or an enjoyable walk. From the patio you can enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean when you wake up and hear the calming sounds of the waves as you relax .Amazing sunset! You can lounge on the patio over looking the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves. Private stairs are about 30 yards from the house to the sandy beach if you wish to go swimming. We ask our guest to keep noise low after 10 pm to be respectful of our wonderful community. The whole house is accessible with the exception of the garage. Parking is outside on the drive way in front of garage with 24 hour security. Will be available by phone or email at all times. Text works great for me. Love our local restaurants 5 minutes from our home. There is a plaza call Pabellón within 1 mile with a Walmart and plenty of restaurants , bars and a casino to choose from. If you don't want drive , you can ask the guards to call you a taxi. A taxi to downtown Rosarito runs approximately $2 to $4. There are a couple of beach chairs and a cooler with wheels and handles for easy moving underneath the stairs in a storage closet. If used please leave them in the entrance of the door and our cleaning service will put them back once cleaned.
