This is a Poolside 2 story condo on the ground floor overlooking 2 pools and Tetakawi mountain, the symbol of San Carlos, Sonora Mexico. Walking distance to Shangri-la beach and posada beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars on the adjacent Marina, including brewery MARVIDA! Mirador Escénico in San Carlos, Sonora was ranked #1 top ocean view in the world (according to the National Geographic book “Secret Journeys of a Lifetime”) The condo is located within the Marinaterra Hotel & Spa grounds. You access the private condominium zone through the Marinaterra Hotel & Spa lobby entrance. The private condo grounds are separate from the hotel guests area. The grounds are maintained daily and feature beautiful gardens and walkways in addition to the luxury lobby entrance. The condo can sleep 4 people comfortably in the queen beds upstairs but can sleep up to 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. This 2 floor condo with a balcony features free exclusive private WiFi (communal WiFi can also be used throughout the shared grounds), satellite TV, a kitchenette, dinning area, living room with a sofa-bed and a breathtaking view of Tetakawi Mountain right from condo entrance and balcony. Access to the 2 pools on the condo grounds is gained by purchasing a wristband at the lobby desk. This is a private condo but I am usually around to meet guests personally. Please enjoy your privacy. The condo has walking distance access to beaches on the Sea of Cortez and is 7km from scenic lookout Mirador Escenico San Carlos, rated #1 in National Geographic's 10 best ocean views of the world There are restaurants and bars to enjoy on and around the Marina. The new craft brewery, MARVIDA, is highly recommended. Other points of interest include the Canyon of Nacapule, Estero el Soldado, La Manga fishing community, Los Algodones sand dunes. However, the public bus stop is right in front of the Marinaterra Hotel & Spa lobby entrance and costs around 12 pesos. There are also taxis for hire at the Marinaterra lobby. There's a casual waterfront restaurant and bar, and 2 pools that are maintained daily. Guests can access the Marinaterra private beach club which is great for snorkeling. Kayaks and stand up paddle (SUP) boards are available for rent at the beach club. Deep-sea fishing boats are available for hire at the adjacent Marina. Please note that if you plan on using the pools on the property the Hotel requires you to purchase a wristband to access the pool. Each person that plans to use the pool must purchase a wristband. Wristbands only need to be purchased once for the duration of your stay and they cost around 100 pesos each.
