Pelicano Suite in Playa La Mision

This two room suite is located in a gated community midway between Rosarito and Ensenada on the Baja California coast a mile south of the famous La Fonda restaurant on one of the best beaches in Baja. For a smaller group of 4 or less, the "Pelicano Suite" is a colorful lock off unit. One bedroom has a queen bed, the sitting room has two chairs that convert into two single beds or a queen sized bed. There is a mini refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker and blender A cozy little get-away for individuals, couples or small families. Well stocked with Board Games - Pictionary, Scrabble, puzzles, books and much much more! $80 a night (with 3 night minimum stay). $450/week. $1000/month. Our fabulous beach is just steps away. We live on site so are usually available to give directions, suggest activities, answer questions and help with any problems that might arise. Steps from the beach and less than five minutes away from activities such as horseback riding, ultralight flying, dancing, karaoke, boogie boarding, surfing, biking, hiking, and yoga. The solar heated pool is covered, making it warm and great for doing laps. A new addition to the pool area is an old fashioned, claw foot bath tub for soaking away sore muscles and tension. Wonderful restaurants in the area with excellent food and low prices ranging from the world-famous “La Fonda” "Poco Cielo" , "La Mision Hotel" "The Light House", "Splash" and "Magañas only minutes away. 30 minutes up the road are the Rosarito Beach restaurants like "Suzannes", "Papas and Beer" and much much more.. The cosmopolitian sea port of Ensenada is just a 40 minute drive south along some of the most beautiful coastline in the world. A forty minute drive in-land takes you into the Valle de Guadalupe where winery after winery beckons you to sample their world class wines. Our home is in La Mision, a very friendly small-village atmosphere where people seem to know each-other and welcome new-found friends. Cool ocean breezes keep the temperature comfortable - even in mid- summer you never need air conditioning. We are in a gated community and the guest rooms have screened windows and decorative security bars". This is a unique and fun place!
