Cozy, Mission style home located 2 minutes on path to beach. This little casita is a basic rustic style with its own unique charm. La Mission is a picturesque community surrounded by ocean, mountains & fresh water estuary. Home: 1 bd/1bth/1 full size bed . WiFi and smart tv. Full kitchen Gas wall heater Parking within fenced yard could be shared. Relaxing atmosphere, not appropriate for loud music or loud parties. No smoking in house. Private outdoor area avail to smoke. We welcome pets and have a few requirements for pet owners. 1 pet per stay that is 2 years or older and house trained are acceptable at no charge. Multiple pets or cats may require additional deposit and prices may vary. Standard deposits are $150 per animal per stay, refundable if no damages. Manager has right to decide on pet limitations and multiple pets or different types of pets may require a higher deposit. **PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a pet please also bring enough blankets to cover furniture pets may be sitting on. For this home, please bring blankets to cover queen bed and couch. Please always pick up after your pet. This home is located with close neighbors, therefore loud parties are not allowed, quiet time after 10pm. Long term rentals over 2 weeks are required to hire a cleaning person every 2 weeks. Manager can recommend someone. Gated community with night security patrol Activities: Bajamar ocean front golf course, Kayaking in the estuary, riding horses on the beach, hiking, casual walks, fishing expeditions, ride quads at Primotapia sand dunes, Sunday brunch at Dimitris La Fonda, wine tasting & gourmet restaurants at the Guadalupe Valley wineries, Talavera pottery at Popotla pottery mile, etc. *** We are located across the street from sandy beach Playa La Mision approximately 25-30 minutes south of Rosarito beach-downtown & Ensenada is 30 minutes further south of our location. Full House Access. Parking is a secure gate and May be shared with guests in house next door. Dogs can stay in gated area depending on other homes pets. There are no concierge services included in this rental. However for emergencies we will be available for our guests via email, phone, text most of the time. There is endless fun activities in our region and we are happy to share with you upon arrival. Nature lovers: enjoy the various migrating birds, ducks, seagulls, pelicans, storks, egrets, and native flowers. Stroll/paddle board or kayak our majestic river, walk the beach or hike in the mountains to gaze at an obsidian rock canyon with water fall during rainy season. Bird watchers enjoy gorgeous estuary walking from house. Beach lovers: short 2 minute walk from our house to our un-crowded beach, swim, surf (near the popular K-58 spot), boogie-board, horseback ride. Golfers: only 5 mins. drive is the Bajamar ocean front golf course 27 holes on Scottish-style links. Fun Stuff: Local Farmers Market, Monday and Saturday mornings. Nearby shopping, dancing and happy hour in Ensenada(25min drive) or Rosarito(25min drive), savory authentic meals 10 mins. away in Puerto Nuevo, ATV rentals at Sand Dunes 5 mins. drive, haciendas/wineries/Spas in Valle de Guadalupe 45 mins. drive. Safety: Our coastal community is safe and ideal for vacationers--lots of Americans have lived here full time for over 40 years and the majority of the locals speak English. Local taxi company, Uber rides, ecotaxi (shared rides), and for large groups that wish to go to wine tasting at the wineries you can book tour vehicles of various sizes. It is suggested that guest research these before or upon arrival. Air BNB Cleaning Services fee $65.00 will be used at guest checkout. Cleaning Services for long term stays are required every two weeks. Host May recommend cleaning persons and guest will pay for these services every two weeks at a cost of approx $30. *** We are located across the street, 2 minute walk to sandy beach in Playa La Mision 20-25 minutes south Rosarito beach-downtown & Ensenada is 30 minutes further south of the house.
