Beautiful one-floor house with three bedrooms (master bedroom with bathroom, king size bed and closet), one bathroom for the other two bedrooms (one twin bed and the other oner double bed). Kitchen, living room, fireplace, TV, wiffi in common areas, heating. Close to the beach and pool. It has an ocean view from the living room and balcony. Great Familys', couples, friends, security (24 hours), restricted access, ocean view (enjoy the sunsets), several garden areas, all services, place for walks, access to the beach, clubhouse. 3 tennis courts, 4 pools, game room with pool table, gym, showers, jacucci, steam, laundry. I am not goig to be there. To access La Paloma, I need the name of all guests, mention how many are minors, vehicle data (brand, model, color and license plates) and I send you the number for your entry (You has to give to the entrance guard), an ID with photo and instructions. La Paloma is a private development, in to the mexican city of Rosarito, Baja California. This city is full of restaurants, bars, beaches, and wonderful places, near Puerto Nuevo; famous for its lobster an hour from Ensenada; Bufadora, Valle de Guadalupe (wine route). Access by air to the airport of Tijuana, B, C, Mexico or San Diego, Ca. USA, the go south, cross international border and 17 miles (30 minutes) later you will be in La Paloma. It can be reached by car without problem, by taxi and bus services. Address: Km 28.2 Tijuana-Ensenada road, La Paloma, C.P. 22710 Rosarito, B.C. Just one car parking! The rest of the vehicles remain outside the development (ask the guard for directions) La Paloma has regulations that must be complied (I will send it to you), in case you break La paloma rule they will fine you and you will pay it.
