It's very quiet with friendly neighbors within a close proximity of the house. Please note that we also have a 1 bedroom 1 bath available next to this one called "House of the Sun Goddess"! It's about 2 miles to town with our new two lane concrete Malecon that meanders along the side of the Mulege River. The town has a good Taxi service and they are just a phone call away if you want a ride to town. You could also hop into o the furnished single kayak and paddle to town. There are also 5 buses daily going south all the way to Cabo San Lucas or north to Tijuana and all points in between. Dear Departing Guests, There are dates when we have a group leaving the same day as another is checking in. We request that you check out no later than 10am and please have the trash put out in the trash cans provided, we'd like the kitchen dishes rinsed and left in the sink, and beds stripped. Dear Arriving Guests, Quite often I let you know that the house is vacant and you can check in early, but on days when we have prior guests checking out, We need you to arrive no earlier than 3pm.
