COVID-19: please see below our enhanced cleaning procedures This 5 bed + 6 bath offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, a 500 sqf courtyard, high-speed internet, Netflix, etc. It's ideal for a business trip or conference and because it's on the ground floor (there are no steps to access it), it is perfect for people with mobility difficulties or families with small children. Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the most popular and vibrant places to stay in Montreal with plenty of shops and cafés, and "mom and pop" stores. This apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shopping, theaters, and so much more. You will not need a car unless it is extremely cold outside. Free street parking can be found at times. A better option is the lot located 5 min away ($19/night - subject to change). Le Metro Sherbrook is 5 min walk. Taking the subway is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets. Parking is tricky! 24H parking remains the best option. Taxis or Uber are easily found in Montreal and there is a phone in the apartment you can use to order one. Other notes: - This property has video surveillance outside front and back. - Photo ID or other documentation will be requested for any reservation made less than 30 days before check-in. Thank you for your understanding. - Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent or legal guardian's consent in writing. - For reservations of 28 nights or more, the guests will be responsible for paying a part of the electricity consumption. Bills will be provided. Plan between $150 and $250 per month, depending on the season. - Monthly reservations are priced for 5 adults. Each additional adult will be expected to pay $250 extra per month. - As of 2019, for stays of less than 30 nights, if you book a trip STARTING or ENDING on a SATURDAY, you will be asked to pay an additional C$150 for each Saturday. - No 3rd party reservation will be accepted. The person making the reservation must be present at check-in. - Visitors and additional guests are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted by the owners. - Non-smoking policy: Cigarettes and cigars are tolerated only if smoked OUTSIDE. Marijuana is NOT permitted on the premises, not even in the courtyard. If you choose to smoke marijuana, we ask that you step outside in the front of the building. When smoking outside, please do not through cigarette butts on the ground. If a noise complaint comes up, you will be notified and if the noise does not stop, you may be asked to leave. IMPORTANT: - Our building and home insurance do NOT cover the guest's personal belongings and we can not be held responsible for them. - We are certified by the CITQ and are a registered business in the province of Quebec. All applicable taxes will be charged GST, QST and the QC Lodging tax.
